New PACE Center coming to Boulder and southern Weld County

Rick Romeo is the incoming chair of the TRU community care, which is the oldest hospice in Colorado. They are building a new PACE center for Boulder and southern Weld county. They’re running a six million dollar campaign to fund it.

Note: PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) is a Medicare and Medicaid program that helps people meet their health care needs in the community instead of going to a nursing home or other care facility.
